Eyelash extensions alone will not damage your natural eyelashes. Damage to the natural eyelashes is the result of improper application, and the eyelash technician not selecting the proper type of eyelash extension for an existing natural eyelash. This problem occurs when applying extensions that are too heavy for the natural lash, resulting in premature shedding. It is imperative to do your due diligence, and select an experienced lash technician to apply your lash extensions. Being rough with your eyes ie: rubbing, picking or pulling the extensions will also result in immediate breakage. It is important to be gentle with your eyes when eyelash extensions are applied.

No. This is a very relaxing, non-invasive procedure and most clients catch up on their beauty sleep during this time. During your appointment, you will lay with your eyes closed, on a soft, spa-like bed, with a soft pillow and cozy blanket for extra comfort. After your lashes are cleansed and primed, your bottom eyelashes are protected with a gel eye-pad and/ or medical tape, and the extensions are applied with medical-grade adhesive, one individual eyelash at a time. You will be woken up to a beautiful set of flawless eyelashes.

Yes; The extensions are semi-permanent so they may be removed at any time. Always consult an eyelash technician to have your extensions removed. We use the proper adhesive removers and materials to safely remove the extensions while never compromising the health of your natural eyelashes. A removal appointment is about 30 minutes in duration.

Typically, eyelash extensions can last up to 4-5 weeks before they all shed, however at 3 to 4 weeks, they will look quite sparse and require a full set to be applied. They also shed with your natural hair growth cycle, which is typically every 6 to 8 weeks. Every set will differ, and their longevity depends on your aftercare. A refill is recommended every 2 to 3 weeks to keep the lash line looking full and flawless.

There are many factors that will be taken into consideration when helping create the right look for you. Prior to your application, we will consult with you to assess what the shape of your eye is, to determine what style suits your face - a cat eye, doll eye, open eye. Also, the type of style you are interested in – classic, hybrid or volume. Eyelash extensions range in lengths, thickness, and curls. Each individual has eyelashes that range in lengths and strengths so we will then determine what length, thickness and curl your natural eyelash can hold, and create a set that you desire and that is best suitable for you.

Shower before your appointment. The first 24 to 48 hours are crucial to the bonding procedure. In order for the glue to dry thoroughly, you cannot wet your eyelash extensions 24 hours post application. Arrive to your appointment with a clean face. This means no mascara or any oil-based makeup products on the face and around the eye area. Remove your contacts prior to your appointment. They may be re-applied after your application. Do not curl your natural eyelashes with an eyelash curler for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Avoid drinking caffeine prior to your appointment, or that may cause your eyes to flutter and twitch. Be prepared to lay with your eyes closed for a few hours. An appointment can vary from 1 hour to 4 hours depending on the style and volume you desire. On average, a full classic set appointment is 2 hours, and a volume set appointment can last up to 4 hours.

Keep your eyelash extensions dry for at least 24 to 48 hours after application. Gently cleanse your eyelash extensions regularly with an oil-free face and eyelash cleanser. Avoid waterproof mascara, liquid eyeliner, or any oil-based products in and around the eye area. Avoid rubbing, picking, pulling your extensions. Do not trim your extensions. Do not use a manual eyelash curler, as that will cause your extensions to bend or break. The extensions already come with a defined curl. Avoid sleeping on your face. If you are a face sleeper, invest in a silk pillowcase. Cotton causes friction, and may cause your extensions to shed quicker. Gently brush your extensions daily with a mascara wand, provided at every appointment. Maintain care and fullness of your eyelash extensions by scheduling a regular refill appointment every 2 to 3 weeks. .

Like the hair on your head, your natural eyelashes grow and shed daily. After 3 weeks, most of your eyelash extensions will have grown out at least 2mm and those grow outs will have to be removed and replaced with a new extension. When the extension grows out past the 3-week mark, it tends to create weight on the natural lash and twist, or turn sideways and that is not comfortable or healthy for your natural lashes. After the grown out extensions are removed, you will have less than 40% of the extensions remaining, resulting in a full set having to be applied, as most of your natural eyelashes will need to be filled with new extensions. This is why refills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain an even lash line and avoiding an additional full set charge.

Brow lamination - also called brow sculpt or brow lift - is essentially a semi-perm for your eyebrows, giving them a uniform effect, adding length and volume, setting the brow hair in place to create a perfect shape!
This is an innovative beauty brow treatment that has been recently introduced and quickly booming in North America. The process involves the re-structuring of brow hairs to keep them in a desired shape and the perfect treatment for anyone whose hairs are unruly in direction, thinning, or have gaps in between and ideal for those who want that groomed, feathery, brushed-up look. Brow lamination smoothes out the brow hairs while also lifting the hair in a more vertical direction and gives the appearance of fuller brows. The end result is super smooth brows that look like you have brow gel on them and the effects can last 6 to 8 weeks depending on the brow's natural growth cycle. No matter what your brow concern is — gaps, thinning, over-plucking, unruliness — brow lamination is an amazing, non-invasive solution and a great micro-blading alternative. It is suitable for all hair types and can give people the brows they have always dreamed of in less than an hour, adding colour and definition to the brows without any after-effects that take time to heal.

The process essentially involves straightening eyebrow hairs using a lifting gel solution, so that they all stand in the desired direction resulting in fluffier, more defined eyebrows. The actual process starts off by a gentle lifting gel being applied onto the brow, which creates a chemical process that breaks down bonds in each hair, allowing them to be moved into a new shape. Next, the brow hairs are brushed up into place and a neutralizer is applied to reform the bonds into their new shape. From there, the brows may be tweezed, waxed, or tinted, depending on the look you're going for. And lastly, a regenerating is cream added to the brows to replenish their moisture and reconstitute the hairs after the chemical treatment process.

This treatment is suitable for all hair types and those with thin, sparse, course, curly, unruly and stubborn brows. It is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, recently micro-bladed brows (must be healed by 6 weeks); people who have scratches, burns, scar tissue near the eyes or eyebrows, inflammation in the eyebrow area; those who have Alopecia, and skin conditions such as Psoriasis/Eczema, or using blood thinners and Retin-A, AHA, BHA, Accutane, any acne medications or gels, and have had past reactions with cosmetics, henna and/or with semi-permanent tattooing.

In the lamination process, there are two solutions applied - a neutralizer and regenerating cream. These solutions should be kept on the eyebrows for the first 24 hours post application to help neutralize and reconstitute the hair structure. Within the first 24 to 48 hours, do not: wet, touch, or rub your eyebrows, apply any cream or oils around the eyebrow area, apply any makeup or makeup remover on the brows, use a sauna, steamy shower or sweat excessively, exfoliate with peels or face masks, use self-tanner or receive spray tanning. After the first 24 to 48 hours, do: apply a gentle dab of caster oil or coconut oil once daily to keep brows hydrated specially before bedtime, style and comb eyebrows daily in upward direction with spoolie provided by your brow artist and also "set when wet" meaning, after every shower or each time you wet your brows, comb the brow hairs into desired shape so they dry this way, use oil-free makeup remover at all times. Brag, take selfies and show those brows off!

Generally, it is recommended every 7 to 8 weeks in order to hold the integrity of the brow hair. Like eyelash hair, brow hairs also go through a natural growth cycle so the consistency of the hair should be back to normal around the 7 to 8 week mark. Keep in mind, re-lamination of brows will only be conducted should your certified brow stylist determine that your previous lamination has faded and your brow hairs appear healthy, strong and ready for re-lamination. Tint on the brows lasts about 2 to 4 weeks depending on skin type. A touch up of tint and/or shaping service is recommended at the 3 to 4 week mark.

No. The brows will appear glossy and brushed up only after initial application of the lamination products, specifically from the regenerating cream. Once you wet them after the 24 hour restriction, you can set and comb the brow hairs to the direction you desire them to sit and they will look matte but still fluffy and full. Should you wish to keep that laminated, glossy appearance, you can apply a dab of styling brow gel, or castor oil and comb through for that effect.
