Service Description
This is an advanced technique comprised of 2-7 thin extensions, typically 0.03mm, 0.05mm, or 0.07mm in diameter that are created into a fan shape before being applied to one natural lash. Note: Must have at least 40% of lash extensions remaining for refill to be considered or full set charge will apply. A refill is recommended every 2-3 weeks from your last appointment. 4+ weeks is charged as a full set. Policy: Please be aware that we do not refill other lash technician's work. We will, however, charge to administer a removal followed by a complete full set. A removal charge of $10.00 will be added to the charge of a full set.
Cancellation Policy
Respectfully, please give 24-hours notice before the scheduled appointment date of a cancellation/ rescheduling of an appointment via call, text or email. Same day re-scheduling or less than 24-hours cancellations will result in the client being charged a cancellation fee of $25.00 prior to booking the next appointment and any booking fee received will be forfeited. If a cancellation fee and new booking fee is not received within 2 hours of the new appointment request, iLASH by Agnes reserves the right to refuse future bookings. We understand unforeseen circumstances arise, however, we ask as a courtesy, that an appointment be cancelled or re-scheduled with 24-hours sufficient notice, so the slot may be allotted to another client.
